The Delhi branch of Sri Aurobindo Ashram organized a three-day workshop during 19-21 Jan 2026 for the students of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management, Ludhiana. The workshop offered a rich blend of activities, including sessions on Integral Yoga, stress management, self-assessment, and understanding the aim of life. Students also enthusiastically participated in German games, cultural programmes, sports, and other recreational activities, making the event both enriching and enjoyable.

Dr. Ramesh Bijlani provided valuable insights into the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, Integral Yoga, and guided meditation, and also delivered an inspiring talk on the “Purpose of Life.” The physical practices of yoga were conducted by Vidhya Mundra. The ATB session was led by Anju Khanna, while chanting sessions were conducted by Minati Pradhan.

Games, sports, German games, and the cultural programme were coordinated by Hira Das along with Roshni, Priya, Suraj, Devika, and Deviya. Meditative music and commentary were presented by Mithu Pal. Tara Jauhar delivered a thoughtful talk on the “Aim of Life.”
