An Art workshop for Ashram VTs and Aspirants was organised at Sri Aurobindo Ashram Delhi Branch. The facilitator Ms. Raj Choudhury, Former Art Teacher at CIE, Basic School, University of Delhi and presently working at Masoom special School, Timarpurv, introduced the participants to Tribal forms of art in India with special focus on Gonde and Warli art forms. Many participants handled brush and art materials for the first time. Some eventually made their drawings on canvas boards with joy and excitement.
Regular sessions are held to enhance the general knowledge of the rural youth who join the Ashram as vocational trainees. This session was held to enhance their knowledge of India and the relevance of nationality. Various geographical terms and political boundaries were also explained. The trainees did map work on India and located their states and capitals of origin.
Puneeta (Coach and Pranic Healer) took a session on Forgiveness. Understanding Anger, it's implications and effects on our Physical, Emotional and Mental health were discussed. Techniques were shared with Aspirants on how to deal with anger. "Forgiveness is not a matter of who is right or wrong, it is a matter of doing the right thing for our inner being."

The Vocational Trainees of Batch April to October 2019, were given Certificates for completion of their 6 months training program at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram Delhi Branch , by Tara Didi.
